We are seeking a highly motivated and organised person to join our Armidale team.

You’ll thrive in providing administrative support to our busy team.

You’ll be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and pride yourself on being super organised. To be successful, you must have great attention to detail and follow through.

This position is based in our lively Armidale office. You will be a team player, and an avid learner who is excited about the prospect of growing within the team, and learning more about marketing.

Experience: Ideally we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, but if you are motivated and organised you could be a perfect fit.

Job Type: Full-time (38hrs/week) (part-time would be considered too)

Key responsibilities.

  • General office management and admin support.

  • Weekly food shopping, Answering phone calls, postage pickup.

  • Assisting with website content entry.

  • Fun coordinator: this role has a focus on building and maintaining a positive and friendly office culture through the organisation of frequent office activities and the maintenance of the current office environment.

  • Small website coordination using our internal job management system.

  • Compiling reports and correspondence.

  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures.

  • Assisting with the purchasing, invoicing and reimbursements.

  • Ability to work autonomously and keep the office functioning on a daily basis.

Your skills.

  • Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role

  • Willingness to learn content entry using WordPress CMS

  • Excellent computer and typing skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills;

  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and show initiative to get things done.

  • Very strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Be well presented with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.

  • Be a natural organiser and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and several things at once.

  • You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.

  • You’ve got the ability to have fun and just be yourself, be respectful of everyone’s views and opinions and be a team player.

  • You have infectious energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude.

  • Be tech-savvy with an understanding of Google G Suite and be comfortable using both PC and MAC.
