We are seeking a highly professional and experienced admin person to join our Armidale team.

As a highly organised individual, you’ll provide high level administrative support.

This position is based in our lively Armidale office. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will see you working with our amazing team .


You will be a team player, and an avid learner who is excited about the prospect of growing within the team.


Experience: Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Location: Armidale, NSW, Australia

Job Type: Full-time (38hrs/week)

Key responsibilities.

  • Management of all outbound and inbound communication. Primarily through email, excellent written communication skills is a must.

  • Project Coordination using our internal job management system.

  • Diary management, organising and managing meetings and appointments.

  • Compiling, preparing presentations, reports and correspondence.

  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures.

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Assisting with the purchasing, invoicing, reimbursements.

  • Ability to work autonomously and keep the office functioning on a daily basis. You’ll be counted on to take the lead when the business owners are out of the office.

  • A team player who can get on and get the job done with limited fuss.

  • Office management and admin support.

Your skills.

  • Ideally you will have 3+ years experience in a similar role

  • Have some understanding of marketing

  • Excellent computer and typing skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills;

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

  • Very strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Contribute to núcleo’s own goals and objectives.

  • Be well presented with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.

  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and be initiative to get things done.

  • Be a natural organiser and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and several things at once.

  • Be tech-savvy with an understanding of Google G Suite and be comfortable using both PC and MAC.
