Digital Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced digital account manager that can help drive online growth for our clients and brands

Join our team, you be responsible for managing relationships, identifying opportunities to improve your clients’ digital presence and website experience, and working with our team of specialists to foster digital growth for our clients.

The role require a great deal of client contact and internal cross-team collaboration between our team of developers, PPC specialists, SEO specialists and graphic designers.

About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with your client portfolio through regular meetings and email communications.
  • Develop relationships with new clients while successfully maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Coordinate project delivery team from beginning to end of the job, assigning team roles and responsibilities.
  • Work closely with our execution team to ensure projects are briefed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Strategies on and project manage digital projects to increase client revenue.
  • Manage conflict with clients and make executive decisions on when to escalate issues.
  • Prioritise the workload for our back end team executing on your projects and client work.
  • Identify opportunities to expand your clients’ digital presence or improve their customer experience.
  • Meet deadlines while working under pressure.
  • Write campaign briefs to distribute to necessary parties.
  • Meet KPIs for client retention and upselling.
  • Occasional work with external agencies and parties to deliver on work.
  • Copywriting.
  • Monthly reporting.

The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This positions interacts with clients regularly, so strong communication skills are a must.

  • 2+ years experience in an agency setting.
  • Experience in a client facing role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of SEO processes, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager and WordPress.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Well organised, proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for digital marketing.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.
  • You have an infectious energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude.
  • Be tech-savvy with an understanding of Google G Suite and be comfortable using both PC and MAC.

Please note that due to the nature of this role, we require the Account Manager to be based in Sydney.
