Reporting to the Managing Director you’ll play an important role in achieving results for our clients. You are primarily responsible for developing, executing, optimising and reporting on digital marketing projects for our clients.
You will take a proactive ownership of Digital Marketing across the whole business and help drive strategy, direction and results.
You will need to have amazing communication skills and a solid work ethic. You’ll be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and you’re the type of person who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.
To be successful, you must have strong experience in all things digital marketing. Combined with your thorough understanding of Google Analytics and your data-driven approach, you’ll be able to clearly communicate results and provide insights and recommendations for continual improvement of campaigns.
This position can be based in any of our offices, and you can work from home also.
You will be directly responsible for developing, managing, communicating, executing and analysing Digital Marketing campaigns for our clients.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies including keyword research, creation of meta info and technical recommendations.
Monthly client and campaign management, including client contact and end of month reporting.
Provide support to other Digital Marketing team members.
Work with our marketing and client teams to identify opportunities for clients.
Help drive strategy, direction and training for the Digital Marketing department and company as a whole.
Experience: Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time (38hrs/week)
3+ years Digital Marketing experience developing Digital Marketing Strategies for both small and medium businesses.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar.
Proven digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Sound knowledge and experience in implementing SEM strategies (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Display, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube advertising).
Highly skilled in website analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
Sound knowledge and experience in implementing SEO and social media strategies.
Email marketing (Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey), plus WordPress experience would be well regarded
You are passionate about online marketing optimisation.
Great at writing website content and social content.
Excellent computer and typing skills
Excellent communication and people skills;
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Very strong attention to detail and time management skills
