Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our digital team.

As a highly organised individual, you’ll be excel at taking on a variety of projects and thrive in a dynamic workplace where you will be expected to juggle multiple tasks at once, primarily to successfully deliver end-to-end projects for our clients.

About the role.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will see you working closely with our talented team, and our clients. You must be a team player and an avid learner who is excited about the prospect of growing within the team.

Key responsibilities.

  • Lead and manage project delivery.
  • Comfortable managing various project types and sizes
  • Budget tracking and management
  • Development of documentation such as a statement of work and timeline
  • Project requirements gathering and scoping – Change control
  • Supporting Digital Producers with project documentation & administration
  • Helping in the execution of pitch presentations, proposal writing and estimation of brief
  • Run project Workshops / Discoveries
  • Create Discovery documentation, process, and templates for consistency and efficiencies
  • Provide research, recommendations for existing clients
  • Client briefings
  • Pro-active idea generation for clients Development of internal and return briefs, timeline, budget burndowns
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact with tier one clients.
  • Work with Business Development on moving projects from inquiry through to proposal writing, pitch and sign off.
  • Understanding of UX (road mapping, user stories) and digital product, can understand research and development strategy and plans. Previous experience in digital strategy.

About you.

  • Previous experience in Digital management preferred, 3 years plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts well.
  • A logical thinker who can problem solve.
  • Adaptable personality which can mold to the needs of a changing business.
  • Signs of early leadership qualities.
  • A vision for the future of nucleo and wanting to be part of a team culture.
  • Highly skilled in the understanding of UX and digital product.
  • Adept at insights and customer journey research and data segmentation.
  • High Attention to detail.
  • Urgency & Speed – quick thinking and agile in a fast-paced environment.
