We are looking for a passionate & experienced results driven professional to join our marketing team.

The primary focus is to develop and manage marketing activites for our clients.

These activities involve the planning, scheduling, execution & reporting including: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Print & Traditional Media, Online Promotions, e-commerce, and all other applicable mediums.

This position is based out of our lively offices in either Sydney or Armidale and services a variety of clients around Australia.

About the role.

The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with the implmentation of all marketing activities in alignment with each client’s business model, vision, and long term goals (as outlined by the strategic marketing plan). These marketing activities involve the project management of all creative services as designated to the web and design teams or other members of the marketing team to bring each campaign initiative into realisation by the established campaign milestones. 

Strong research skills are important to understand evolving trends within each client’s industry and market including identifying any leads that should be developed. It is also important for the Marketing Coordinator to have in-depth knowledge of the client’s USP and product/service offerings to be able to incorporate relevant information into marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will also have the ability to develop market forecasts & revenue projections, which involves carrying out analytics and creating reports for each active marketing channel. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills are necessary for this role, while creative skills such as graphic design are a plus, as tasks include both written and visual content development. The position of Marketing Coordinator is for an experienced applicant (2+ years in a Marketing or Communications related position) and is usually done in an office, but some travel may be necessary. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is favourable but not required. 

Key tasks & responsibilities.

  • Research, maintain and report on marketing outcomes to aid management in determining marketing direction.
  • Implement content strategy including planning and generating strategic content for each customer segment. 
  • Utilise Social Media channels to grow brands and drive strategic campaigns including UGC, influencers and paid digital advertisements. 
  • Lead marketing day-to-day operations including media campaigns, promotions and content production projects.
  • Arrange and coordinate client brand initiatives including special events & PR campaign projects. 

You must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum two years Marketing Coordinator experience.
  • Superior working knowledge of Social Media strategy and management, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Problem-solving ability; thus providing strategic solutions for clients
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work independently in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • One or more years of both B2B & B2C marketing experience a plus.
