We are looking for a passionate marketing coordinator that can help drive growth.

The primary focus is to coordinate marketing activities for our growth partners.

The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with the implementation of all marketing activities in alignment with each client’s business model, vision, and long term goals (as outlined by the strategic marketing plan).


Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills are necessary for this role, while creative skills such as graphic design are a plus, as tasks include both written and visual content development.

About the role.

Key tasks & responsibilities.

  • Managing all activity workflow and deadlines for your assigned clients.
  • Lead the day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Manage social media channels.
  • Create content and campaigns across a variety of marketing channels. 
  • Write copy for websites, EDMs and social media channels.
  • Implement content marketing strategies, including planning and generating content for each customer segment.
  • Research, maintain and report on marketing outcomes to aid management in determining marketing direction.

What you will need for this role.

  • Minimum two years Marketing Coordinator experience.
  • Very strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work independently in a team environment.
  • Superior knowledge of social media strategy and management, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • The ability to write copy for different channels, including web, EDM and socials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with priorities changing regularly.
  • Be well presented with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.
  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative to get things done.
  • Be a natural organiser and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and several things at once.
  • You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.
  • You have an infectious energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude.
  • Be tech-savvy with an understanding of Google G Suite and be comfortable using both PC and MAC.


Job Type: Full-time
Location: Armidale or Sydney
Salary: $55K – $70K plus super (based on location  and experience)
