We are growing our team, if you can design and/or develop websites we have a role for you.

We are looking for passionate website professionals.

You will need to have strong web skills, have amazing communication skills and a solid work ethic. You’ll be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and you’re the type of person who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the work done. To be successful, you must have great attention to detail and follow through – nothing slips between the cracks!

The main purpose of the role is to produce websites for our vast range of clients. The websites will be contemporary, visually appealing, engaging, and customised to suit the purpose, audience and values of our client.

This position is based in our lively Armidale office, and services a variety of clients around Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Web, this position will see you working collaboratively with our amzing team to produce great websites. As a website professional, you would take charge and strive for the best.

You will be a team player, and an avid learner who is excited about the prospect of growing within the team.

Experience: Anyone who can get the job done. Ideally we are looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in websites, preferably in an agency.

Location: Armidale, NSW, Australia

Job Type: Full-time (38hrs/week)

Who you will need to be.

  • 3+ years web design and/or development experience is preferred

  • Experience with WordPress;

  • Excellent computer and typing skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills;

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

  • Very strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Contribute to núcleo’s own goals and objectives.

  • Be well presented with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.

  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and be initiative to get things done.

  • Be a natural organiser and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and several things at once.

  • You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.

  • You’ve got the ability to have fun and just be yourself, be respectful of everyone’s views and opinions and be a team player.

  • You have infectious energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude.

  • Be tech-savvy with an understanding of Google G Suite and be comfortable using both PC and MAC.
