Digital Account Manager – Wollongong

núcleo is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team in Wollongong. Reporting to the Head of Client Service, this role will allow you to work with a wide range of clients and focus on delivering real results.

We need a Digital Account Manager to join our Wollongong team.

You will be comfortable managing multiple clients and multiple campaigns across digital channels. This is a client facing role so you will be confident engaging with all types of people.

Working with our internal team you will ensure campaigns are successful, including the creative and setup, tracking and reporting and deliver post campaign insights, including  performance reviews and reporting, to the client.

We’ll need you to lead the service effort by being pushy with our team – in the best way! núcleo wants a Digital Account Manager who is not afraid to speak up for what they believe is in our clients’ best interests.


The Role:

  • Through daily communication you will develop crystal clear recommendations to clients based on forward-thinking strategies that align with their business goals.

  • Develop high-level relationships with clients understanding their needs and goals.

  • Contribute to the overall campaign strategy and creative to achieve the client’s goals.

  • Work effectively with an internal team to deliver real results.

  • Report to clients the campaign results and next steps.

  • Ensure accuracy across all client communication including reporting, proposals and invoices.

  • Estimate resource requirements for campaigns and identify steps required for successful results.

  • Prioritise and meet deadlines independently and lead teams to task completion.

  • Contribute to núcleo’s own goals and objectives

About You:

  • Ideally a degree in Media or equivalent experience.

  • You will come from an agency background with 3-5 years experience running online campaigns.

  • Proven experience running successful digital campaigns.

  • Very strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • A good understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising and Google Analytics.

  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience working across multiple industry’s.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Experience working towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent business sense, problem-solving, project management and analytical skills.

  • Understanding of websites and WordPress.

  • Familiarity with the range of Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts).
