Admin Assistant (Armidale Office)

We need someone to help keep us organised and moving forward.

We are looking for a passionate Admin Assistant. You will have an interest in marketing and advertising and be keen to learn and develop with us. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team with a great culture, that you can assist to develop further.

You will need to have amazing communication skills and a solid work ethic. You’ll be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and you’re the type of person who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

To be successful, you must have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities with great attention to detail and follow through – nothing slips between the cracks!

The Role:

  • You will keep us organised by providing assistance to our Managing Director and the entire team.

  • You will help keep our offices connected and develop our culture.

  • You will take care of daily general office admin stuff.

  • Prioritise and meet deadlines independently and lead teams to task completion.

  • Ad hoc duties and assisting other teams as required – such as marketing, production and accounts.

  • Contribute to núcleo’s own goals and objectives.

  • Daily communication over phone and email with team members, clients and suppliers.

  • Dealing with general enquiries.

  • Coordinating meeting schedules and calendars.

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Assisting our team with social media.

About You:

  • Very strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Be well presented with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.

  • Be process driven, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative to get things done.

  • Be a natural organiser and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and several things at once.

  • You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.

  • You’ve got the ability to have fun and just be yourself, be respectful of everyone’s views and opinions and be a team player.

  • You have infectious energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude.

  • Be tech-savvy with an understanding of Microsoft Office Software and be comfortable using both PC and MAC.
