Digital Marketing Specialist (Wollongong)

Are you experienced in digital marketing and love working with a team, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are looking for a passionate digital marketing specialist.

You will take a proactive ownership of digital marketing across the whole business and help drive strategy, direction and training for the client team.

You will need to have amazing communication skills and a solid work ethic. You’ll be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and you’re the type of person who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

To be successful, you must have strong experience in SEO and Paid and have great attention to detail and follow through – nothing slips between the cracks!

The Role:

  • You will be directly responsible for developing, managing, communicating, executing and analysing SEO and Paid campaigns for our clients

  • Conduct audits of client websites

  • Develop comprehensive on-site strategies including keyword research, creation of meta info and technical recommendations

  • Monthly management including regular client team contact and end of month reporting

  • Reporting to identify opportunities, successes and losses

  • Provide strategies and plans to the marketing team

  • Provide support to other team members

  • Work with our marketing and client teams to identify opportunities for clients

  • Help drive strategy, direction and training across the company as a whole

About You:

  • 3+ years Digital Marketing Experience is preferred

  • Experience developing SEO Strategies for both small and large websites

  • Degree Qualified in Marketing or similar

  • Experience with using SEO Tools.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Trends and Keyword

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS & Schema.org Markup

  • Local SEO Knowledge including Google + Local SEO Strategies

  • Understanding of key changes to Google algorithm updates in the past 2 years

  • Understanding of the differences between high quality and low quality link building activity

  • Contribute to núcleo’s own goals and objectives.

  • Very strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Be well presented with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.

  • Be process driven, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative to get things done.

  • Be a natural organiser and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and several things at once.

  • You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience.

  • You’ve got the ability to have fun and just be yourself, be respectful of everyone’s views and opinions and be a team player.

  • You have infectious energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude.

  • Be tech-savvy with an understanding of Google G Suits and be comfortable using both PC and MAC.
