A new website and custom tool for a leading supplier of molecular diagnostics tools.

Project Background

AusDiagnostics is a leading supplier of Highly Multiplexed molecular diagnostics in Australia with offices in London, Dallas and Auckland.

Our team put on our coats and masks and got to work, giving their website a makeover and building a custom tool for their customers to select & filter the correct outcomes or gene targets to fast track orders for consumables, instruments and other items ultimately for use in hospitals, pathology or laboratory environments including COVID-19 results.

What we did

Our passionate marketing team undertook a brand audit and discovery for AusDiagnostics, facilitating key stakeholder and external stakeholder workshops to understand the internal and external perception and current positioning of the AusDiagnostics brand. As an integral part of the brand audit we developed a SWOT analysis as well as a competitor analysis and a review of brand and marketing activities including social media, website, marketing collateral and advertising both online and offline.

Our goal was to develop key findings and implement recommendations, presenting them in a final report. We outlined a corporate brand strategy and recommendations for their positioning, vision, mission, brand values, brand essence, personality and tone of voice.

 

Our design and web development teams worked cohesively to custom style pages of the new website for AusDiagnostics. Additionally, our main goal was to custom design, develop and integrate a Customer Portal to ensure that their customers gain an enhanced user experience in the new website environment.

Cohesive Design

Our client’s collateral required design adjustments in line with the styling applied to their new website and the brand extension work. Our talented design team updated AusDiagnostics’ current brochures and prepared them for digital download and print as well as a logo suite to be used on all assets including their website, publications, social media, stationary, marketing collateral, signage and advertising.

Information First

We customised the website design to our client’s requirements as well as their unique brand and messaging. The purpose of this advanced interface was to enable users to login and track orders, see account history and access copies of invoices and order information.

It was extremely important to ensure that the important information on the website was displayed accurately, and was easy to navigate.
