A new website and panel selection tool for a leading global supplier of molecular diagnostics tools.

An Australian company and global leader in molecular diagnostics, AusDiagnostics wanted to refresh their website in order to help health businesses access data, product information and detail quickly and efficiently.

We partnered with an Australian global leader in molecular diagnostics – AusDiagnostics for a website makeover. One of the key elements they were seeking to fulfill was a custom tool for their customers to select and filter pathways for their clients’ correct outcomes. This included gene targets to enable orders for consumables, instruments and other medical items used in hospitals, pathology and laboratory environments – including COVID-19 results. We put on our coats & masks and got to work. In a few short months a website was built that helped them get to market quickly with their unique health products.

What we did

Strategic marketing

AusDiagnostics were looking for a marketing partnership to assist on their projects beginning with a brand extension and new assets, custom coded panel selector tool for their clients and this would sit inside a new custom designed website.

Website design and development

The website challenge was to take a large and complex sitemap of information and products and make it easy to navigate. With our expertise in user experience we applied the principals unique to their customer set. The specific testing systems and consumables to match were created through the linking icons and badge assets. Ultimately the website was designed to inform and deliver customers to order the correct products.

Project outcomes

A user-friendly and streamlined website

This website was required to appeal to extensive stakeholder groups – both public and commercial, as well as providing a large volume of data to each stakeholder group. With a focused vision and several meetings to define the scope of the project in detail, we were able to achieve a desired result for the different stakeholders involved in this project. 

Unique branding

Design elements were developed including an ellipsis wave design and time was taken to select the right photographs in order to convey just a touch of the quintessential Australian footprint on the homepage to a global audience. 

Successful marketing outcomes

Since then AusDiagnostics and nucleo have continued to work on a number of ongoing projects including a second website www.ausdiagnostics.care with a defined digital marketing service on rapid antigen test kits and other smaller projects.
