Start-up Birth Beat has taken over the digital birthing space from Tamworth, New South Wales and we’ve been lucky enough to be a part of the journey. As a national provider of online antenatal classes and baby and child first aid classes, the Birth Beat website had to be the digital shopfront with a member-space built in. The brand also needed to be refined so that all potential investment pitches were slick and polished. We assisted Birth Beat by developing a style guide and marketing collateral including posters, business cards and flyers.
The website brief was clear – all incoming mums and dads-to-be had to truly understand what the service was on offer – and what they had to do to use it. Details needed to be useful and clear, with handy call-to-actions in all the right spots and a layout that was optimised nicely for mobile devices and Google.
After launching the website successfully, on-time and on-budget, our digital team started a campaign to drive traffic and increase sales for the online prenatal classes. With an outstanding 19 leads generated and converted through the one-month campaign and spikes of brand awareness, we were pleased to hit the nail on the head for an outstanding local business!
