Starting from modest origins 30+ years ago, the Hardy group has grown to become the leading talent agency in Australasia for the health, human and wider public sector. Passionate about the sectors they service, the Hardy Group required a corporate website re-build  with a targeted user journey elevating the Hardy Groups online presence while aligning seamlessly with their mission to be an integrated leadership talent agency committed to discovering and developing exceptional leaders.

Think

The Hardy Group‘s main demographic extends across Australia and New Zealand, targeting not only executive job seekers but also their employers with Executive Leadership & Learning Solutions, Executive Search & Recruitment and Interim Executive & Locum Services. 

The Hardy Group also required specific integrations to be in place with multiple third party systems and databases. Incorporating these integrations into the user experience, while maintaining seamless branding and easy navigation.

Design

With a focus on user journey, information management and accessibility, thought went into pulling all the requirements of the Hardy Group, along with their demographics complexities and third party systems / databases, together under one simple, engaging and well branded website design.

Development

The new Hardy Group website was then developed into a high performing, custom WordPress theme, enabling their team to manage their own content easily across numerous platforms with a user-friendly back-end experience. While maintaining a front end that catered to the needs of the user journey in a simple, yet engaging way and ensuring to attract executive leads.

Project outcomes
