DesignInc is a leading Australian architectural firm, with studios in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
They required a refresh of their website to consolidate two content management systems and create a brand new design in line with their brand guidelines that would showcase their extensive national architectural portfolio.
What we did
Using our Think, Design, Develop strategy, after initial research and planning to establish a well thought-out sitemap and design direction, our designers began the website design process with a series of wireframe mockups with input and feedback from the DesignInc marketing team and website steering committee.
A key goal for this project was to ensure optimal web accessibility in line with WCAG guidelines, while still adhering to the established brand guidelines. This was achieved through careful consideration with our qualified web specialists to ensure correct semantic content structure and readability/browsability on assitive technology.
A sophisticated and flexible search and filtering system was designed and developed to provide an intuitive interface across device layouts and a great user experience when searching for projects, team members and news articles. This system was heavily optimized to ensure fast response times even when searching across several categories and data points.
The new aesthetically and functionally optimised website is an unsurpassed client experience.
