Etch Real Estate is a boutique agency in Sydney, specialising in residential property sales, leasing, and property management.
Their website, functions as a core business tool to attract vendors, landlords, and tenants, and to showcase their property listings and local market expertise.
A new website was required to elevate their brand online, and centralise data control. Utilise custom connections to Domain and REA APIs we were able to make the website the single source of truth for Etch’s property listings.

The site needed to effectively display property listings (sales and rental), manage vendor/tenant enquiries, and establish trust and credibility within their service area. The site needed to simplify content management by connecting to external listing sites.
Design
The website design adopts a clean, contemporary, and user-friendly aesthetic, aligning with the boutique nature of the agency. Emphasis was placed on high-quality property photography, clear calls-to-action for appraisals and enquiries, and easy navigation to search listings. The design ensures a professional and approachable brand image.
Develop – Custom WordPress Theme
The website development utilises a robust custom WordPress theme integrated with real estate specific APIs (REA | Domain) for automated listing synchronisation (sales, rentals, and sold properties). Custom functionality includes dynamic search filters, agent profile management, and dedicated sections for suburb profiles and market reports, making content management straightforward for the agency.
