We worked closely with the Ugly Fish team to thoroughly understand the brand identity, target audience, and business goals. This involved analysing their existing online presence and identifying areas for improvement. Based on this, we defined the key features and functionalities required for the e-commerce platform.
Design
In the design phase, we created a user-centric and seamless e-commerce experience. This included developing a mobile-responsive design to cater to on-the-go shoppers. The website showcased the wide range of eyewear products with high-quality visuals and ensured a smooth and secure shopping experience.


Development
During development, we implemented a robust e-commerce solution on the Shopify platform. This included integrating a custom Shopify theme, secure transaction processing and developing inventory management capabilities. The website was designed to be scalable to support future business growth.
